Greg brings a strong accounting background (CPA, Big 4 Public Accounting) and a successful track record in Oil and Gas Services companies. He held mid/senior level positions at Enterra, Schlumberger, Weatherford and NOV. Most recently he served as the CFO and board member of CRC-Evans (an NGP Portfolio company) where he managed the growth and sale to Stanley Black and Decker. Greg graduated from the University of Houston and is a Certified Public Accountant. Greg currently sits on the board of Covenant Testing Technologies, Cretic Energy Services, Spinnaker Oilfield Services Company, and Catapult Energy Services Group.

He has worked as a Big 4 consultant, served as the Technology Director at Allied Waste, built a successful IT consulting firm and most recently served as the CIO at LKCM WM Distribution. Additionally, George holds a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Houston.

Michael leverages consulting, legal and industry experience to drive value to Catapult’s affiliates. His skills include legal and HR policy and process design, people systems implementation, talent management and dispute resolution. He has worked at Accenture, Stewart and Eni. Additionally Michael holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Emory University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center and is a member of the Texas Bar.

Michael has deep skills in operational accounting, financial modeling and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, business planning, process improvement and forensic accounting. He has worked with McCoy Global and Energy Mark. Michael holds a Maters Degree of Business Finance from the Canisius College in Buffalo as well as a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts of Industrial Management from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
